This book has extremely good recipes - great ideas for everyday eating or diet changes. Overall a very resourceful book, and a good one to have in stock.
One of my favorite recipes, as well as my family's is the Better Butter Chicken (also made it vegetarian for my girls), on page 59.
I added cauliflower, sweet onions, peas, potatoes, zucchini and yellow squash. Very, very good, as well as easy to prepare!
