Simply Raw: Reversing Diabetes in 30 Days

It never ceases to amaze me how amazing “real food” is!  This trailer is just the tip of the iceberg.  There are a number of other films out there with similar messages.

What really struck me in this movie was how the people who switched to eating whole foods and raw foods not only saw their physical symptoms alleviated, but also noticed healing mentally and emotionally.

Ponder that for a moment!  We literally ARE what we eat.  If we put a bunch of crap into our bodies, we will feel like crap - both physically and emotionally.  When we nourish ourselves with healthy whole foods as nature intended, we can start to become the person we came here to be - our true authentic selves.

I think raw foods are great.  I, personally, still cook a lot of my foods, but I am trying to incorporate more raw foods into my diet - especially after watching this movie.  The key, as always, is to listen to your body and notice what works and what doesn’t work - be smart, be observant, and be present.
